Employee Spotlight: Dan Wiener!

Renaissance Rentals is staffed by a diverse team of local professionals. In our employee spotlight blog series, we'll be highlighting the talented individuals that help to make our company Bloomington's most trusted local landlord!

Dan Wiener is our landscaping manager and is responsible for all Renaissance Rentals communities. To help you learn more about him, I've asked him some "getting to know you" questions. 

1.) What do you like about living in Bloomington?

"I like that Bloomington is a college town, which gives it a lot of cultural diversity. I'm one of those people who went to IU and never left Bloomington. I also love the nearby countryside."

2.) What's your favorite thing about working for Renaissance Rentals?

"I love that this job keeps me doing different types of work at different properties. The changing of seasons requires different types of work. The people for whom I work a those I work with are great people."

3.) What's your favorite local restaurant and why?

"Little Zagreb. They have the best steaks around."

4.) What are some of your hobbies?

"I enjoy golf, landscaping, and travel. I also like baseball, football, and listening to 60s, 70s, and 80s Rock 'n Roll."

5.) What's your favorite book or TV show?

"I like pretty much any American History book. As for TV, I'm pretty limited to sports, news, and weather."
