And the Purple Cow goes to...! (2020)

Two masked employees holding company award
If you visited a farm, you likely wouldn't be surprised to find some cows roaming around. But what if one of those cows were purple? Now that'd be remarkable! That's exactly the thought behind our aptly-named Purple Cow Award! At Renaissance Rentals, we're always striving to give our residents a remarkable leasing experience, and sometimes our staff goes above and beyond to accomplish this. We reward these efforts with the aforementioned award and this year it went to Jessica Tucker and Nova Kien of our Covenanter Hill community!

Community movie watching event outdoors
The community project that saw these two snag the award this year was organizing a community movie night by the Covenanter Hill pool. By a community poll, Beetlejuice was the movie selected, and it was projected on the back of our leasing team's office building. Jessica and Nova prioritized safety and ensured it was possible for all attendants to socially distance. By all accounts, it was a great time and allowed residents some much needed safe community engagement in uncertain times.

If you lease at a Renaissance Rentals community, you can count on a remarkable experience!
