New townhomes under construction!

We're excited to share some exciting information about our latest development project at Verona Park! Under construction now is a unique building that will include eight townhomes: four 4-bed homes, and four 2-bed homes. Each townhome will include an attached two-car garage, and most of the floorplans feature stunning third-floor great rooms - great for entertaining! Additionally, these townhomes will boast balconies, sometimes two! Residents will have a choice of a view from the building looking out, or a peaceful view looking in towards a shared courtyard.

These apartments won't be available for several more months, but in the meantime we'll post updates to to our Facebook page. This building will be a great addition to the growing Verona Park neighborhood which already includes Porto Flats, and the Cape Dutch Villas.
